Sounds talk

This talk was with a professional sound recorder and editor from a sound and animation school in bath who came to introduce the whole class to the idea of sound and how it works well with animation. He talked about how sound is used to give emotion to animation and why it is placed in scenes, the benefit from using sound and the ways it makes an animated piece lively.

Enjoyed the talk because it opened my eyes to new knowledge about sound and has made me realise the importance of sounds through the demonstration of its purposeful uses with in animation especially animation with no dialogue or speech.

This is a primary example working with animation, the music flows with the lines and the colours to give this animation a both chilled and relaxed feeling which is what you feel when watching it, with out the sounds you can experience a feeling because it would just be blank that is why people add sound or music to things when they produce a film or animation because they want to be entertained.
